Shipping for each item is automatically entered when you add the item into your shopping cart. Most items ship via USPS, as I have found this is the cheapest and most effective way to ship items. Tracking can be added for an additional $.60, please e-mail me if interested. If you do not receive your item, please contact me so I can try to hunt it down. If you would rather have your item shipped via Priority Mail, please contact me and I can bill you separately for the additional postage.
Shipping takes approximately 3-5 days, but can take up to 9 days.
I do not ship internationally.
Overnight shipping prices start at $20. The post office does not guarantee the package until the second day, but almost always arrives after the first day. I will bill you the additional amount, which must be paid before the item goes out.
If you live in the Grand Rapids area and would rather pick your item up, please contact me to arrange a meeting and I will refund your shipping costs.
Order Processing Time
Once I receive your order, I will send you a confirmation with an estimated time of shipping. Due to the custom nature of so many things at MiniMe BabyGear, most items ship within four to five days.
My shopping cart will direct you to Mal's E-Commerce, which processes payments through Paypal. They accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this shopping cart.
I will accept a personal check, but it will take 3-5 days to clear before the order is sent out.
I will gladly return any of the non-personalized items. I want you to be happy, and if you are not, please let me know. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any unused item.
I can no longer accept returns on personalized items, unless defective. If your item is defective, I will gladly offer a refund or a replacement (minus shipping costs). I strongly suggest getting tracking/delivery confirmation on any items returned, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Returns must be:
Your money will be refunded via Paypal, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. I also do not refund shipping costs, so that will be taken out of the total funds returned.
I have had a few experiences regarding personalized items in which the buyer spells the name incorrectly. I cannot returns items just for that reason! Please make sure the name is correct before you order it.

Please keep in mind that a lot of items on this site are hand made. I use no machines to cut items, only my hands and trusty scissors. As such, these items will never be exactly perfect, but that is what is so charming about it being handmade! It is unique and one-of-a kind, made with love and hard work for you to give as an extra-special gift. I strive to always double check everything before I send it out, but if you should ever come across something that impedes the look or durability of an item, please contact me.
I am often asked to hand make items and have them ready for next day shipping. As my customer base grows, so does my workload. Please e-mail or call me directly if you absolutely need the item sent the next day.
